As schools start reopening after the pandemic how do we effectively restart our in-person, in-class teaching-learning process? Teachers should undertake a two-month mission of ‘back to basics to ensure that every child’s minimum learning requirements as per his/her class (standard) are achieved.
We must not expect much from books & videos and quotes of the successful. At the most, expect to get inspired but don’t expect to get cutting edge insights that will lead us to glory. Let’s remember that what created the glorious past performance for someone will not create our future glory.
In most cases, the unique characteristic that the successful people had which the also-rans and unsuccessful ones didn’t have was just one- ‘luck’. Let us discover how we can deliver peak performance & happiness in life using the flow theory. Let us make our life more enriched by intentionally creating as many flow-state conditions as possible.
To ensure that all students in our class are high performers, we have to ensure that our students are deeply engaged in their learning process. And, to ensure that students remain engaged for an extended period is indeed a challenge for every teacher.
