If we observe successful people and people who have created wealth on their own, we understand that they fall into either of the following two criteria:

  1. They are masters in their field and help people improve their lives using their domain-specific knowledge and skills.
  2. They have created or innovated something that enriches peoples’ lives.

This gives us a 2 step way forward to create a successful career/ profession :

  1. Achieve deep knowledge and expertise in our field. (In other words, make ourselves valuable).

2. Reach out to the maximum number of people and help them with our knowledge and skills.

We can add value to people’s lives by:

 1) Helping them grow/ enhance their life (health, financially, professionally, spiritually)

 2) Removing their discomforts or pains and making their life comfortable

 3) Giving them enriching experiences

The more value we can add to people’s lives, the more valuable we become.

Another important thing here is that we will also need the skills to reach out to the maximum number of people who will benefit from our knowledge, skills, and expertise. (It’s called selling / marketing skills).

The internet has made it possible for us to gain as much knowledge as we want and to reach out to as many people across the globe.
