Growth always comes with complexity. As we grow, we move away from simplicity towards increasing complexity.  As the size of our business increases and as our responsibilities increase, everything starts to become more complex. We can grow more if we are comfortable handling complexity. A person having more authority, more wealth and more friends is efficient at handling multiple complexities.

Let’s embrace complexity and train ourselves to handle complexity comfortably and efficiently. We should also train our children to face complexity positively for their bright future.
